Terms of Use
Definitions
The following terms have specific meanings throughout this agreement. They apply whether used in singular or plural form.
Acknowledgment
These Terms of Use govern your use of SubPlus and form a binding agreement between you and the Company. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 19 years of age (the age of majority in British Columbia) to use SubPlus.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA BC) and PIPEDA.
Subscriptions & Billing
Premium access
Certain features of SubPlus are available only with a Premium upgrade. SubPlus Premium is offered as a one-time purchase — there is no recurring subscription fee. You pay once and own the features permanently.
Billing through the App Store
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, receipts, and refund handling are governed by the respective store's terms and conditions. SubPlus does not directly process payments.
Fee changes
The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes apply to new purchases only and will not affect purchases already made.
Refunds
Refund requests for In-app Purchases must be submitted directly to the Application Store. SubPlus does not process refunds independently. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company's sole discretion, where permitted by applicable law.
Free Trial
The Company may offer a free trial period for Premium features at its discretion. Any billing details entered during a free trial will not be charged until the trial period ends. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time without notice.
In-App Purchases
SubPlus may offer In-app Purchases that unlock additional features within the Application. All In-app Purchases are final once initiated and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
If a purchased feature fails to function correctly, the Company will investigate and either provide a fix, a replacement, or authorize the Application Store to issue a refund up to the cost of the purchase.
All billing and transaction processes for In-app Purchases are handled exclusively by the Application Store from which you downloaded SubPlus. For payment-related issues, please contact the Application Store directly.
User Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@subplus.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not use a username that impersonates another person, infringes on trademarks, or is otherwise offensive or obscene.
Content
User-submitted content
If the Service allows you to submit content (such as feature requests or feedback), you are responsible for ensuring that content is lawful and appropriate. By submitting content, you grant SubPlus a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.
Prohibited content
You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, spam, malware, or that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Data backups
While SubPlus offers optional cloud backup for account holders, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. The Company is not liable for any data loss resulting from app uninstallation, device failure, or account deletion.
Intellectual Property
The SubPlus app, its design, code, branding, and all original content are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent from the Company.
Your feedback
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit to SubPlus become the property of the Company. We may use them freely to improve the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.
Copyright infringement
If you believe any content in the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@subplus.app with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
Third-party logos and trademarks
All logos and trademarks displayed within the SubPlus app or on this website are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation with SubPlus.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SubPlus and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, or $100 USD if no purchase was made.
"As is" disclaimer
SubPlus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use the Service at your own risk.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service.
You may stop using SubPlus at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app.
